COVID-19 RESPONSE

WE ARE OPEN FOR POWER OUTAGES, TROUBLE CALLS, AND ANY NECESSARY WORK.

We will assess every call to determine if it is considered essential. Please be patient as we work through this together. An example might be needing an electric circuit to run your new freezer, a light not working in a critical area where it can pose a fall hazard, etc. We are here to help you get through this but we need to exercise common sense and honesty in determining what is necessary and what is not. It is not worth the health and safety of our customers or our staff to address non-essential work at this time. If you have questions or need help please call 513-827-4498. Together we will determine the necessity of your need.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

Radin Electric is following the guidelines set forth per Governor Dewine’s order. We are practicing social distancing. Please understand when we arrive at your home, for the safety of your well being as well as our staff, we ask that you maintain a 6 ft distance. Every employee will be required to use hand sanitizer before, during (if needed), and after entering your home. They will be required to use sanitary wipes to sanitize any tools that have been used before entering a customers home. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19. It is our intentions to keep ourselves as well as our customers safe. In light of the order issued through the state of Ohio health department, we have decided to cancel all non-essential appointments. What this means is that any and all work that in not necessary will be postponed until we are assured we are safe to move forward. We will, with the state of Ohio’s permission, continue to service emergency needs. Please have patience with us as we work through this together. Again all non-essential, or elective, work will be postponed. As permitted, all emergency or trouble calls, will be our main concern. Please continue to call. Our phone lines are open. We are continuing to schedule non-essential work beyond this period. Our hope is to have custmers in the schedule and be ready to go back to work as usual once the safety of our customers and ourselves are assured.

Thank You,
Tom Radin
